Wesley Williams has devoted his business and legal career to his passion for real estate and property rights. He got his start in title insurance and escrow at Fortune 500 companies, first in various business roles and then as underwriting and claims counsel.

 

Wes has extensive real estate expertise, experience with title and escrow licensing, and maintaining regulatory compliance for RESPA, ALTA, and CFPB. Among his clients are mortgage lenders, real estate developers, owners, title insurance companies, trustees, title and escrow agencies, and tech companies.

 

Devoted to the future, Wes currently focuses much of his practice on legal and regulatory matters involving the development and use of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology related to real estate, title, and escrow. He is an advisor to start-up crypto, tokenization, NFT, and blockchain technology firms; a well-known subject-matter expert on industry podcasts; and an in-house corporate counsel for an international video game e-commerce company. Wes is also a member of the Government Blockchain Association, which brings together governments worldwide to spark dialogue in an effort to increase the quality of life for all citizens globally.
